Data We Collect

mrescorp collects the minimum data required to operate the service: your email address, account preferences, and usage metadata such as request timestamps and processing volumes. No behavioral tracking profiles are built.

Uploaded images are processed in an isolated environment and automatically deleted within 60 seconds of output delivery. They are never stored in user-accessible databases or linked to your account history.

How We Use Your Data

Your email is used for account authentication, billing notifications, and service updates. Usage metadata is aggregated anonymously to monitor platform performance. No personal data is used to train AI models without explicit, opt-in consent.

Cookies

mrescorp uses session cookies for authentication and preference storage. These expire when you close your browser. No third-party advertising cookies are set on any page of the platform.

You can disable non-essential cookies via the cookie preferences panel accessible from any page footer. Disabling authentication cookies will prevent you from staying logged in between sessions.

Data Sharing

mrescorp does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers (cloud hosting and payment processing) under strict data processing agreements that prohibit secondary use.

Security Measures

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data at rest uses AES-256 encryption. Access to production databases is restricted to a team of 4 engineers with role-based controls and audit logging.

An independent security audit was completed in Q1 2026. The audit report is available to enterprise customers upon request under NDA.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data mrescorp holds about you. Submit a request via email to info@mrescorp.com and receive a response within 5 business days. info@mrescorp.com EU users have additional rights under GDPR Article 15–22.

Third-Party Links

The mrescorp platform may link to external documentation, partner sites, or integration guides. Those sites have their own privacy policies. mrescorp is not responsible for their data practices — review them directly.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If your account is inactive for 24 consecutive months, we will notify you before deleting it. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations.

Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy was last updated in January 2026. When material changes are made, mrescorp will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
