Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using mrescorp, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms apply to all users, including free-tier accounts, paid subscribers, and API integrators. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Last updated: January 2026.

Permitted Use

mrescorp is licensed for lawful purposes only. Permitted uses include fashion design prototyping, virtual try-on development, academic research on synthetic image generation, and commercial clothing visualization applications.

Prohibited Content

You may not use mrescorp to generate, distribute, or store non-consensual intimate imagery. This includes uploading images of real, identifiable individuals without their documented consent. Violations result in immediate account termination.

You also may not use the platform to circumvent any access controls, reverse-engineer the AI model, resell API access without a written reseller agreement, or process images of minors under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property

mrescorp retains all rights to the underlying AI models, processing infrastructure, and proprietary algorithms. Outputs generated through the platform are licensed to you for your stated commercial or personal use — ownership of outputs does not transfer rights to the model itself.

Limitation of Liability

mrescorp's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim. The platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the service.

This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party services including payment processors and cloud infrastructure providers. mrescorp is not responsible for the practices, terms, or availability of those services. Review their policies independently.

Security Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorized access to info@mrescorp.com within 24 hours of discovery.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and any associated data at any time. Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. Data stored in encrypted backups is purged within 30 days of your request.

Changes to These Terms

mrescorp may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
